one class or a series of classes with your friends. There's no fee for hosts and a minimum of 6 people per session is required to schedule.

Easy Healthy Meals for Time Starved People Series

Class 1: Gluten-Free Mediterranean Recipes
You do not have to be gluten-free to enjoy the first of a three series cooking class with Dr. Anna Colombini, naturopathic physician. She will teach you the essentials on preparing
you and your kitchen for easy, healthy meal preparation. This two hour class will begin with Dr. Colombini explaining the importance of diversifying your diet with gluten-free cooking and how the Mediterranean diet
can improve your heart health. The second part of the class she will delve into cooking: teaching you simple, nutritious tips for preparing Mediterranean cuisine. She will demonstrate three recipes including:
Winter Fruit and Arugula Salad, Cannellini and Chorizo Stew and Mediterranean Roasted Chicken.

Class 2: Gluten-Free Harvest Recipes
Discover simple and delicious meal preparation to help you settle into winter. Dr. Anna Colombini, naturopathic physician, will discuss how your body detoxifies and how to support
this process with liver healthy foods that will leave you feeling warm and cozy. Dr. Colombini will then demonstrate three recipes including: Citrus Basil Cod, Golden Beet and Yam Soup and Simply Pesto.

Class 3: Gluten-Free Winter Warming Foods
Enjoy discovering time saving tips in the kitchen without sacrificing flavor or health. Dr. Anna Colombini, naturopathic physician will discuss foods that prime your immune system
while keeping you warm. Dr. Colombini will then demonstrate three recipes including: Zesty Cilantro Yam, Very Vege Meatloaf and Garlic Winter Greens.
